Order information
Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email or call us ASAP and we will attempt to correct the mistake. 03 5593 1111 tlp@camperdowhpharmacy.com.au
Please note that shoes with prints may vary and colour may differ slightly from the photos due to lighting/monitor settings.
Shipping
Domestic shipping within Australia via Australia Post
- Flat rate for standard shipping $10, FREE collection from store.
- Order will be dispatched within TWO business days from you receiving your order confirmation
- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number
Return policy
The Little Pharmacy and Shoe Shop only offers full refunds for full priced items that are deemed faulty. If you change your mind or order the incorrect size a credit will be issued.
Return shipping is payable by the customer. Please ensure you use a traceable method of return. The Little Pharmacy and Shoe Shop does not take responsibility for lost parcels.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original and unworn condition in their original packaging
- Return slip must be completed and included with your return
Once your return is received at our store you will be issued with a credit note via email which will allow you to purchase any item of your choice.
Faulty items
- Faulty items can only be accepted if they are returned within a reasonable time. It will be The Little Pharmacy and Shoe Shop’s discretion whether to refund fully, have the goods repaired, exchange the item or offer a credit note. The Little Pharmacy and Shoe Shop reserves the right to deny a refund if the item is returned not in its original condition of purchase or does not meet the return policy requirements.
The Little Pharmacy and Shoe Shop takes no responsibility if the shipment is rejected by the receiver, this may result in additional freight costs.
